VDIN-96
VMEbus 96-channel digital input

Description

The VDIN-96 digital input board family offers up to 96 optionally opto-coupled digital inputs on one 6U VMEbus board. It is

ideally suited for use in industrial control and simulation systems which require a high number of parallel inputs.

It is available in different versions depending on the number of inputs, the input signal connection and the input voltage.

The versions without opto-couplers offer the input lines related to the digital GND-level. The opto-coupled versions have real

potential free inputs. The default input voltage for the VDIN-96 is either 5V or 24V (please specify when ordering).

Replacing the corresponding input resistor allows other input voltages (up to 100V). The input signal connection has to be

done at P2 for 32 inputs and at the front panel flat cable connectors for 64 inputs. The version with only 32 inputs is

available either for front panel or P2-connection. The VDIN-96 has various interrupt possibilities and supports all Z8536

features like interrupt on input pattern or change-of-state.
